OrthoKC Leavenworth office - 3550 S 4th Street, Leavenworth KS

Any athlete in grades 8-12 from Lansing and Leavenworth High Schools that need a physical for the 2011-2012 school year is invited to come in for these physicals. The cost is $15. $5 from every physical will be donated back to the student-athlete's school. The physicals will be held at the OrthoKC Leavenworth office, located at 3550 S 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS.

Tuesday, August 9th - 6:00pm-7:30pm

Saturday, August 13th - 9:00am-11:30am

Any athlete in grades 8-12 from SAF-K schools that needs a physical for the 2011-12 school year is invited to come in for these physicals. The cost is $15. $5 from every SAF-K high school student's physical will be donated back to their school, with the remainder supporting athletic training services provided to the high schools.

The physicals will be held at the OrthoKC office, located at 8919 Parallel Parkway, Suite 270, Kansas City, KS 66112. This office is located in the Wyandotte Medical Building attached to Providence Hospital. The most convenient parking lot is lot D-2.
